Customer Service Specialist (CSS) Program

Customer service specialists are an important part of any business. These representatives perform multiple tasks, such as processing orders, managing customer complaints, and supplying information to potential customers who call in. Since great customer service is a priority for any business, having an experienced and qualified customer service specialist on the team is something every business looks for.

CSI has created a Customer Service Specialist (CSS) program that prepares students for a career in customer service. This program helps develop professional business skills that teach students how to handle different types of customer service calls and issues. The opportunity to participate in a professional CSS externship is also a part of this program, giving practice experience to students.
