Student Consumer Information

At Computer Systems Institute, we want you to be able to make an informed choice about your education. Education is a life-changing experience, and we believe that students should align their education choices with their career goals in order to achieve personal and business success. CSI is committed to the principle of promoting access to information so that students, parents, counselors, and anyone else seeking assistance from our institution are able to make informed decisions about postsecondary education.

With that in mind, we have assembled all the academic and student financial resources here in one easy-to-find location. CSI will also distribute this link to all students and employees on an annual basis to keep you informed if policies have changed. Our regular office hours are Monday thru Thursday 9am – 8pm and Fridays 9am – 4pm, Saturdays by appointment only.* Please check with the financial aid offices at the individual campus on more specific department hours.

Campus Security and Crime Awareness Policies / Annual Security Report (ASR) (the first part of the heading will be a hyperlink to the new Campus Security and Crime Awareness Policies – FA Experts to provide) Keeping our campuses safe for our students, employees and visitors is one of our top priorities. This page includes information on our policies to increase your personal security on campus, emergency response/evacuation procedures, and a summary/disclosure of crimes occurring on or near our campuses.

Constitution and Citizenship Day - CSI's actions to promote responsible citizenship among our students are celebrated on Constitution Day on or near September 17 of each year. Activities will be publicized on each individual campus.

GED Resources

Pay Online Tuition Portal - The Pay Online student portal allows students enrolled in Career Programs to make tuition payments online. This user-friendly tool allows you to pay your tuition payments online over a safe secure server.

Retention Rates Disclosure - The reported retention rates are based on a group of students who were enrolled in Computer Systems Institute's programs during the period of July 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013.
