Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) – The Satisfactory Academic Progress policy applies to all students enrolled in all programs offered at Computer Systems Institute.
Services Available to Students with Disabilities – An explanation of services provided to students with disabilities, including requests for accommodations is contained in our Catalog.
Withdrawal, Leave of Absence, Refund, and Return to Title IV Policies – CSI policies related to student withdrawals, Leaves of Absence, or other discontinuances are contained in our Catalog.
Copyright Infringement Policy – Our policies which prohibit the illegal downloading of copyrighted material are contained in our Catalog.
Campus Security and Crime Awareness Policies / Annual Security Report (ASR) – Keeping our campuses safe for our students, employees and visitors is one of our top priorities. This page includes information on our policies to increase your personal security on campus, emergency response/evacuation procedures, and a summary/disclosure of crimes occurring on or near our campuses.

Completion/Graduation Rates (Students Right to Know Act) – This page contains information on student graduation rate as reported in the IPEDS Graduation Rate Survey (GRS).
Constitution and Citizenship Day – CSI’s actions to promote responsible citizenship among our students are celebrated on Constitution Day on or near September 17 of each year. Activities will be publicized on each individual campus.
Drug and Alcohol Policies – CSI maintains strict policies against drug and alcohol abuse by our students and employees. This page also provides links to a wealth of information about illegal drugs, addiction, and local treatment providers.

Establishing Maintaining an Information Security Program – Postsecondary educational institutions participating in the FSA programs are subject to the information security requirements established by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for financial institutions.
Pay Online Tuition Portal – The Pay Online student portal allows students enrolled in Career Programs to make tuition payments online. This user-friendly tool allows you to pay your tuition payments online over a safe secure server.
Retention Rates Disclosure – The reported retention rates are based on a group of students who were enrolled in Computer Systems Institute’s programs during the period of July 1, 2013 – June 30, 2014.
Student Body Diversity – This link will provide information on the diversity of our student body, including the percentage of enrolled, full-time students who are male, female, self-identified members of a major racial or ethnic group and our Federal Pell Grant recipients.

Student Loan Code of Conduct – This page contains CSI’s professional “Code of Conduct” relating to the administration of financial aid and federal student loans.
Exit Counseling session – Please note that if you received a Federal Student Loan, Exit Counseling is required when you graduate, leave school, or drop below half time enrollment. This link will take you to the site to complete the exit counseling session requirement.
Student Federal Loan totals and Lender Information – This site will provide you information on your student loan debt and lender information. Please note that if you have a Federal Student Loan, you have signed your Master Promissory note when you started school and agreed to report any changes in name, address, phone number and email addresses that are currently on file. It is also your responsibility to ensure that you repay your students loans.
Manage your Student Federal Loans – This site will provide you for further information from the U.S. Department of Education about how to manage your student loans.
Vaccination and Immunizations – CSI does not require proof of vaccinations and immunizations.
